Yes, I only just noticed it. I would guess, yes, it has been that way for years, and I wonder if it is a purposeful data error, because the actual geography hasn't changed in a long time.

It's the database they're using. If you look at the copyright, Google's using Tele Atlas, and Yahoo is using Navteq.

Sadly it's my old company, Tele Atlas, that has it wrong. I'm mildly upset by this, but then they were silly enough to let me go, so obviously they're having trouble!
