First physiotherapy appt

dagibbsI had my first physiotherapy appointment today. Apparently, for having been in this cast since October 31st, my left leg and ankle is in pretty good shape. I've been given the set of exercises for "2-3 weeks in" rather than "just got cast off". Yay me.
We'll see how things go, but I've got good hopes.
