dagibbsIn United's Red Carpet Club (frequent flyer lounge). We were only an hour late out of Albuquerque, rather than the two I was originally warned of, and my flight to Ottawa is (currently) posted as a 50 minute delay. We shall have to see.
I also have to say that, of the Star Alliance lounges I have visited (AC and Lufthansa in addition to United), United's are the chintziest with the least in the way of amenities.
At least they have a few "open" computers, even if they don't offer free wireless access.
