Northwest continues to screw me over

Likely arrival time in Ottawa: 12:05am. The plane for my flight from Detroit to Montreal was late getting in -- we were boarding about 1/2-3/4hr late, but I had a 1:30 transfer in Montreal, so I had some hope. You know, they could do a quick turn around, the pilot could drive a bit faster, and I could make it. But, no. For some reason, after all the passengers had loaded, we sat around at the gate for more than 1/2 an hour. I finally arrived in Montreal about when my flight to Ottawa was leaving. Joy. And, then I got to wait for my luggage to never show up. And it was slow even starting to show up. So, now when I get to Ottawa I'm going to have to do a lost luggage claim, too.

I am NOT a happy camper.

This trip has been, on the whole, pretty hellish, as far as the airlines portion of it goes.

Dang that just plain ain't fun at all. Hopefully the luggage gets back to you, or at least you can get some sort of compensation.

Northworst screws EVERYONE over.

At one point they kidnapped Inge for two days.

Ie. they couldn't get planes to fly her home. No weather issues, just couldn't find their
planes...for two days...
