EPC day 6?
Feb. 16th, 2023 12:32 pmI've had some good climbing so far this week, and taking a rest day today. Part of the reason I came down for two weeks this time was so I could do that, and not regret it too much.
Had some unexpected extra excitement last night, Phil is allergic to peanuts, and had a moderately severe reaction (much worse than his usual), but with treatment (anti-histamine, then injectable steroids at the local clinic) he seems fully recovered. It was very good to have Noah, who works as a paramedic, and his girlfriend Léa, who speaks some Spanish, around to help deal with everything.
