I had a spare day yesterday in Salt Lake City, so I arranged a guide to go out rock climbing for the day. We did two lovely 3-pitch climbs, then a bit of cragging. All-in-all a pleasant day, and I'm glad I got out. Also, I now know what a rattlesnake sounds like, or at least, one what one species of rattlesnake sounds like, since I would guess they don't all sound identical.
