YVR -> YYZ -> YOW

Coming home from a work-week of skiing at Whistler, though, technically, we never actually skied on Whistler spending the whole time on Blackcomb mountain. It is amazing how quickly you can rack-up the vertical on high-speed lifts with no lineups.

Delays

We were delayed out of Vancouver because, apparently, they couldn't load the luggage/cargo onto the plane correctly. For an hour.

So, I was delayed enough that they re-booked me from my Ottawa flight, and when I got to the gate they'd already bumped me from the flight. I think that if I'd had no luggage they'd have put me back on, but with two pieces, just easier to take the next flight 1h20 later.

At least the flight from Vancouver -> Toronto was comfortable -- not just business class, but it was a trans-Pacific configuration, so the super-comfy seats for that setup.
