Jan. 7th, 2018 07:32 amI am headed home from EPC, should be home around 9pm, but at the airport really early since I've shared the ride from the Potrero with Kate, who's flight is at 8:45, not 12:45 like mine.
It has been a pretty mellow visit, climbing-wise. Initially, because we were a group of three, and both Michael and Kate are slower than me, especially on lead. Then because the weather got quite cold, so we didn't climb two days due to weather, and other days were shorter. The last couple days, though, I actually got a reasonable amount of climbing in -- 11 pitches on Friday and 7 pitches all on-sight including a couple hard ones yesterday.
