Now in Slough

I have a UK sim, but it doesn't seem to want to sends test messages to Canada. Still, I have data and email and BBM on the phone, so that is ok. I think the number is +44 07 492 714 289.
Cabbie from the airport was complaining about the business being really quiet (Uber?), then complaining about being forced to take credit cards by the business association/city. Hm... doesn't want to make it easy for his customers...
And, hotel was able to check me in at about 10:30 this morning, which is quite nice. Apparently I also have breakfast included (though not today, of course) and maybe a drink each evening? We'll have to see... clerk said to drop by the front desk to get coupons for the drinks this evening.
Now, to see if I can stay awake all day. Or, at worst, just take a short nap. :)
