A Good Long Weekend
Apr. 7th, 2015 12:26 pmI had a good long weekend.
Friday was a gorgeous day, and I spent it climbing at Home Cliff. I got to see a few climbing buddies I haven't seen in ages, climb some fun climbs, and spend most of the day outside on a gorgeous spring day.
Saturday I went to the acro-yoga jam at Carleton. I didn't do a lot -- being very careful with things due to still recovering from the fall. But it was good to see some of the acro people again, and to do some of it at least.
Sunday I hosted boardgames, and had a good crowd. Two tables in the afternoon, and one table in the evening. I played Age of Empires III:The Age of Discovery in the afternoon, while the other table played Ora et Labora, then after an incomplete post-dinner game of Oraklos, we pulled out Container which I hadn't played in years. The rules are not complex, but the economy is... not simple.
I also got a bunch of house neatening done, as well as a whole bunch of laundry.
