Yes, that is a slightly round-about way to get to Detroit, but I dislike Delta and would rather not fly them. Northwest was ok, well, for a US airline. They're all actually pretty nasty.

I'm headed down for three days of work in Farmington Hills area, then hanging around for Confusion for the weekend. Always nice when work pays to fly me to a convention.

Arrived at hotel in Novi

I've made it to my hotel in Novi after a stop at the (new) Planet Rock in Madison Heights (replacing the now-closed Pontiac one). I climbed with Morgan and Fabian, whom I met at El Potrero Chico over the holidays. Yay for more climbing contacts!
