Another weekend of climbing

I thought I'd have minimal people for climbing this weekend -- 3 of us Saturday, and just me Sunday -- but people appeared in good numbers suddenly, and we ended up having 6 for Saturday and 5 for Sunday. Unfortunately, Saturday's weather didn't cooperate, and a lot of the rock we wanted to climb was wet. Still, it was better to be outside on the rock than not. Sunday the weather was gorgeous, though, and we had a good day at the Western Cwm. I took another top-rope run at Security (5.10d), took about 4 tries to get the crux, but only fell at that point. I've not been climbing well, and didn't know if I'd have any shot at it -- but getting it, even with falls, felt good.

Also, Sunday was a shortish day since some of the crew needed to be home for Father's day stuff, so I finally got the motorcycle out for an evening ride. figure_it_out, when I picked her up for the ride, said I looked like my avatar. :)

Rode the bike to work today, too. Looks like a plan for most of the week, since the forecast looks good.
