Northern Lights

I forgot to mention this -- we got to witness a lovely display of Northern Lights on the way home on Monday evening. It was a very impressive display for this far south: pillars of green light from the northern horizon up about 30-40 degrees of the sky, shifting pale curtains of light, plus a bunch of just pale glow. (I'm used to mostly just getting pale glow, rather than so many clear, visible, features.)
