post-illness insomnia
Jan. 20th, 2012 04:56 amI hates it.
You see, when I'm sick, I'll sleep right through the day. Then, when I'm getting better, I'll be over-slept and my sleep rhythm will be off and won't be able to fall asleep, and I'll end up with horrible insomnia. Argh. And, if it is something like a cold (which, thankfully, this isn't), with a prolonged recovery, the insomnia will result in me not getting enough sleep, and the lack of rest will delay or reverse my recovery.
Argh.
