Too much vacation left

With the RIM purchase, apparently we're not allowed to carry more than 5 days vacation over into the new year. (The rest gets paid out to us.)

I've got 21.46 days of vacation left this year. I can carry over 5, meaning I have to try and use up 16.46 days between now and Jan 1st. And, to make this tougher, we get the week of Dec 27-31st off as free/stat holidays.

I don't think I'm going to make it. But, I will be grabbing a bunch more days off.
