re-injured
Oct. 15th, 2010 01:57 pmSo, my ankle seemed pretty solid, so I went climbing last night. And, for quite a few climbs (most of the evening, in fact) it did fine. A little bit of tiredness, but nothing bad. Then, one climb I did something that put too much pressure on it, and in doing a move, something went. Ow. Now it hurts all over again.
No, I didn't fall on it again -- this wasn't a fall, this was trying to push through a move. And, the move didn't feel like it should be putting that much stress on the ankle... until it popped. (I had been careful on other moves, doing things a bit differently, to avoid too much stress.)
