It has been a social return to Ottawa...

I got back earlier than expected on Thursday, which was nice -- I was able to make it to family dinner. I brought my usual -- Port & chocolate. Both disappeared quite quickly, so we reconvened back here after for more Port & chocolate.

Then Friday, made dinner (mmm BBQ) with shyska, taught her Dominion, then supervised while she packed for an SCA event.

Saturday was gaming. I never really know whether I'm going to get one or 2 people for a couple hours in the afternoon, or much more. This time, it was much more -- gaming finally broke up around 2:30am, and the last person left somewhere closer to 4:30am. There was, also, a bunch of social and some drinking... maybe a bit more than some... drinking going on.

It was awesome to see all the various people again, after so much time on the road lately.

Need more chocolate (and port)

Must buy more chocolate. My chocolate supply has been devestated over the last few days. And the port supply has, too, been eroded a bit. I still have a good supply of high-end ports, but the day-to-day and after people have had a few drinks ports have undergone heavy damage.
