climbing again

I got back out climbing again this evening, and I hope to get out on Thursday, too. I think I've fallen quite a bit out of shape. It isn't just that things are quite a bit harder three-limbed, but I think my endurance & cardio-vascular condition has also dropped off a lot due to the inactivity over the last while. *sigh*
