Donner summit - nice rock

After work today I drove up to Donner Summit -- it was recommended as good outdoor climbing near Reno. Unfortunately with the time of year and not being done until 5pm, by the time I got there it was after sunset and too dark to actually even think about climbing anything, though light enough to see that there is some really gorgeous rock there. Yum. I don't know if it is worth making a trip specifically to climb, but I think that if I'm ever down this way I should try to make an effort to have an extra day to do some climbing.
