Another day of climbing
Nov. 4th, 2007 05:24 pmAnd, now my shoulders are kind of tired.
The weather today wasn't quite so perfect -- it was cooler for most of the morning, and mostly overcast, and even sprinkled a bit of rain. And around then I was ready to call it a day -- my hands were finding the rock cold, and we'd climbed a bit, and it was dark. Then the sun came out, and all of a sudden I (and we) wanted to climb some more... so I led the hardest route of the day, and we both did 2 more routes... then called it a day.
And, apparently, my face is kind of warm and red -- I might have a bit of a sunburn from the two days together, especially from yesterday. I don't mind... they were wonderful days. Autumn should be like this.
