Free wireless!

Sometimes small airports are nice. No traffic at the checkin, and a friendly not overly-harrassed person behind the counter. And, free wireless! And, seats with power plugs accessible near them -- so I can browse the internet, and not be draining my poor battery. Also, short lineups through security.

Delayed

Another advantage of the free wireless -- you can blog from the airport when your flight is delayed. Of course, it is an advantage that you don't want to have to exercise.

So, my 6:06pm flight to Chicago is delayed until 6:50pm. Joy. Hopefully, though, I'll still get to Ottawa in time, since I do (did) have a 2-hour stop-over in Chicago. This cuts it down to about an hour, but should still be enough to get at least me through to Ottawa. Maybe even my luggage. And, who knows, could be that flight is delayed, too. It's Chicago -- that wouldn't be surprising.
