Messiah

Last night was Handel's Messiah at the NAC. Some beautiful music there. I liked it, and gabriel_le seemed to be very happy about getting to go and listen to it, including singing bits of it most of the way home.

Then, the sick, sick, lady suggested we have Nachos and play a game of Iron Dragon to round out the evening. Being the party-pooper that I am, I vetoed this idea, but we did pull out the Buffy boardgame instead and played a game of that. (And she complained about bits that didn't quite fit the tv show just right. But, also smiled at the bits that were right, like some of the flavour quotes.)

*sigh* Moving again

Cubicles at work, that is. I thought my current cube might be longish term, but apparently I was wrong. I even unpacked everything quickly and efficiently, cause I thought I'd be here for a while -- but I was wrong. I don't know if I'll even manage to keep a window seat.
