I hates colds

I have a cold. I hates this. But, at least it isn't debilitating, just annoying. Hopefully, I'll be over it enough to teach properly next week, and to enjoy this weekend.

In other news, UPS from the US sucks. A friend made the mistake of sending me some home-baked brownies by UPS. Previous installments of cookies had come regular post, no problem. UPS wanted $44 (and change) COD for the delivery. Damn UPS and their bloody-be-damned customs broker.

So, for any of my American friends who would even think of this -- don't ship to Canada by UPS.

Woot! Climbing!

There's a climbing gym about 2 miles from where I'll be working or 3 miles from my hotel next week. I guess I'll get a chance to (at least) do some bouldering next week. Yay!
