Yay for free wifi
May. 4th, 2006 02:25 pmThis is really quite surprising... Erie, PA, has a real look of being an industrial town, far more industrial looking than most/all the other places I've been to do training. (Well, Filderstadt, Germany was a bit industrial looking, too, in kind of a small-town European way.) Yet, it has free Wi-Fi internet access in its airport. Just such a strange contrast.
And, yes, I'm sitting in the airport for a few hours waiting for my flight. I could be elsewhere, but I'd noticed on the way out that the airport had free WiFi, so I decided this wasn't the worst place to sit. Of course, I couldn't find a table or a plugin, so my "laptop" computer is draining its batteries (which doesn't take long) and cooking my legs. Oh well.
Home soon, though... well, soonish. This evening.
