sultrysong, mellybean71, and the boy are staying at my place tonight. I haven't seen them in a while, and they haven't been here in ages, and it's been good. I took sultrysong for a ride up into Gatineau park, and we had fun.

leolac was out with succulentpoet, and apparently pezchica and they dropped by while sultrysong and I were out, on their way off to something else. My room-mate, Cat, (lj-less?) apparently joined them for this event at the Shanghai, and they left me a note about it, too, but I stayed with my out-of-town guests. Luckily for me, the party dropped back here for a bit, and sultrysong also got to meet leolac (who was very sexily dressed).

And, tomorrow, I'm off to KW.

And, the past week has been (mostly) pretty good. Dance lessons were fun, and our performance at the dance studio went really well, we were quite happy with it. Also, I got to pick succulentpoet up Wednesday evening and take her for a little spin on the bike, then take her out to breakfast, or drive her to breakfast, cause she took me out cause she paid this time, and isn't this just a horrible run-on sentence? And, lunch with blue_stocking went well, too. Was really good to see her again, and catch up a bit.

All told, I'm pretty damn happy with my life right now.
