Hiking and Gaming tomorrow!

Hiking tomorrow, weather looks bad (from http://weather.ec.gc.ca/city/pages/on-118_metric_e.html ): "Saturday: Rain at times heavy becoming mixed with periods of wet snow in the evening. Snow over higher terrain. Rainfall amount 30 to 40 mm. Wind southeast 30 km/h. High plus 5." We may need to look at alternate hikes, either a walk in the city (along the canal maybe?) or something in the Gatineau on a well-built trail like Ridge-Road where the footing will be solid, even if wet. Depart my place time is, still, 11am.

Gaming tomorrow starting at 3pm. I'm thinking that Saturday morning I'll make a vegetarian Chili in the slow-cooker. That will be a good anchor for dinner, and with a smallish group could even feed everyone.
