Climbing & social life
Oct. 18th, 2006 10:41 pmGot out to the climbing gym again this evening -- though didn't manage to find someone to belay with, so only did bouldering. Still, was good to get out and get the exercise. I managed to do a bouldering route this time that I didn't finish last time (calf cramp on a long move). And now, of course, my hands are all roughed up and soar.
Won't get climbing down here again -- too busy socially. :)
Tomorrow night, drive up to San Francisco to have dinner with
netmouse and a bunch of Canadians that are at her conference. Then Friday, dinner with
shastan and her husband who is now back from Europe. Then, of course, Saturday I fly home and get to see [edit]
gabriel_le[/edit] again, whom I've been missing while I'm down here.
Considering I'm accross the continent, and in a foreign country, in an area I don't visit regularly, I think I've done amazingly well with the social calendar. :)
