We're getting thunder and lightning with our ice storm. So, are the power flickers from lightning strikes on the grid, or from the ice taking lines down?

More likely the ice, but could be both.
We had a few blips on Wednesday, but then yesterday my office's power was out all day, as were traffic lights in several areas.
